Great service from Mick! Quick response and fixed the problem fast.
Great overall experience from the beginning to the end. Mick was very professional and kind. He helped to resolve any concerns, fixed issues promptly, and kindly helped to proceed to handle all the damages. Great to have them in this area :)
I've now had multiple engagements with Mick - he first helped evaluate a major leak situation (that became part of a larger insurance related-repair). He helped validate the issue, and then I utilized him to help replace an external spigot. The spigot had a few warranty issues (beyond Mick's work) and he responed quickly to get those warranty repairs fixed. I later used Mick to diagnose a hot water issue. This was great - Mick was very personable and professional, and I could tell he has a lot of plumbing knowledge and experience. I was confident it was getting done right. The scheduling for the consultation and actual work were both very easy. The woman on the phone when I called was also super friendly and helpful. Happy I found them and would definitely hire them again!
I have a good experience with Companion Plumbing & Heating. Mick dropped by. I discussed various issues that I think might be problematic. Mick gave me advices on which ones are essential and which ones are not. He also identified a few issues that, as he clearly said, not really life-threatening, but will improve the quality of living for the house. In the quote, he also marked them as optional too. Instead of aggressive sale tactics, Mick will give you honest assessment. The price is reasonable with high quality of work.
