after waiting for a week to get help for my dog they never intended to keep the appointment and the rude and uncaring receptionist hung up on me so I have to start over finding a new vet when my dog has been suffering for over a week on their commitment to me to help my dog

The old lady who works at the front desk should be let go of her job due to her being very rude and unprofessional and zero customers service. I've been going here for years and yet still surprised she still have a job. She is so unpleasant and no people skills...

I've taken my pets to Companion Pet Clinic in Gresham for many years. The owner and one other vet who worked there for years left. I was very disappointed because they were exceptional vets. Plus the prices were very reasonable. After they left a number of vets came and went. These past few years the vets have not been adequate. My dear little Cockapoo was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. The vet put him on heart meds but failed to put him on a diuretic. The vets that have taken care of my animals have been okay. But isn't it sad that a clinic can get so many bad reviews due to a receptionist? I always just take her rudeness by being polite to her because usually normal people react positively to this but not her. I don't know her name because how would I anyway? She is so rude I wouldn't dare ask. But anyone who walks in would know exactly who everyone who gives bad reviews about her is talking about. Short hair, older gal. Google news stories about the owner, Daniel God Koller. He has 4 current felony animal abuse charges. He spent 100 day in jail in California after he beat a German Shepard to death. He is an IV drug user. His kids found him and his wife passed out with IV needles laying around. There is a Facebook group called Companions for Justice. The group has over 900 members, many with horror stories about taking their pets to the Beaverton or Gresham clinic. Beware and do not take your pets here!!!

I have been going to the Gresham Companion Pet for about 12 yrs, for the last 9yrs a red headed very bitter rude front desk woman name Tami ,who has no people, customer service or compassion skills works at the front desk. I have ignored her as I had great vets who took care of my pets. As of last night I will not go back.
