Needed help for my mom. My wife reached out to this place for an immediate need. Their communication was poor. They provided no return call but rather chose to reject and say they could not provide help to us by way of text message. On top of that, their initial quote early on was the highest of all care providers and it wasn’t even close.
Really, really kind people who help guide you through a difficult process, that you come into basically knowing nothing about!!! At least I didn’t, after my dad’s stroke. They CARE. And they have answers. Very grateful for them-highly recommend to anyone else in my shoes…
The staff at Companion Extraordinaire are professional, caring and accommodating. The caregiver is reliable, compassionate and very helpful. She listens and anticipates needs. She is very understanding and attentive to my husband and his day to day care. I am very please the care she provides and the services Companion Extraordinaire provides.
