I understand that vets have to rule out worst-case scenarios, but I’ve now had two upsetting experiences here that left me feeling more frightened and pressured than reassured. Always try to take care of your pet
My beautiful girl daisy has been coming here to companion care for the last 12 years but was sadly diagnosed with cancer in may and sadly passed away on the 11th of August I just wanted to say how amazing the staff are at companion care salford especially graham he's been amazing but overall everyone has been so helpful and caring towards daisy and us and has helped us along the way ,thankyou so much I really appreciate you all xxx
The receptionists are more compassionate and friendly than the vets. Unfortunately, the vets have a poor bedside manner and are not particularly warm towards the animals. They seem to have limited understanding of animal behaviour and psychology. I took my dog there four times, and each experience was very poor, it left my dog extremely stressed and he is a very friendly and confident dog! he loved his previous vet!
Came back from the vets and for probably the first time in my life I did not cry at any point! I am deeply mistrusting and sensitive and worry about my cats so so much so for the vet to keep me that calm the entire appointment, that is a woman with the natural given gift of a healer! Such lovely vets, all the staff are lovely and my man hating cat even liked the male training so just such a lovely place to bring your pets to. Especially for someone like me with vet trauma and highly strung emotions!
