We went this afternoon for an end of life appointment for our dog Benji. All the staff from the receptionist through to the vet were so lovely, kind and patient with us. We were all absolutely devastated but they gave us the time and space we needed to be with our boy in his final moments. Everything was handled with care and respect and made an awful situation a bit more manageable. I thought the process was handled incredibly well and I will be ever thankful to the team.
Avoid this useless & heartless company!!!!! This is the worse company I’ve ever been with they are a non understanding careless and money grabbing company, all they care about is money more than their actual pets and the staff are extremely rude especially the lady at the reception & the manager who would’ve thought to be more understanding.
