I had many HORRIBLE experiences with these guys!! I know there’s not many vets in our area, but I’d avoid them at all costs! Very rude and impersonal from a customer service standpoint. I was disappointed by this clinic and I went there for years. My dog is almost 14 years old and loved. However, when I declined what I considered unnecessary treatments, my care of my pet was referred to as "benign neglect". When I picked my dog up from surgery on his neck, they had placed his halter on with both leg and neck going through the same opening, intended only for the nect. Even my doggie likes 'em! – My assertive beagle has never been a pleasant patient; but she actually seems to enjoy coming here! She's had to have a bladder surgery, yet she holds no grudges. This is something new for my old hound. Everyone here is kind, thoughtful, and gentle with my pampered old hound dog. Thanks folks!
Rates at the top of the worst ever... – I took my 13 year old Japanese Chin in when he seemed to be in pain and or have a problem. They told me that he was senile when in fact he had a disc disease. For over a year I did not treat him for it because of their diagnosis and then to add insult to injury when I called them about it they caould not get him in and then the day I had to put him to sleep at home because he was in too much pain to touch him they seemed not to hear me and offered for me to bring him in after in tears ... read more
