Do NOT take your pet here if you want lack of compassion. Dr. Alicia Ragni has the worst bedside manner and greatly lacks compassion. I noticed my cat had labored breathing, noisy breathing and I immediately took him here because I was concerned. He got triaged and I was told his vitals were stable, the ICU doctor looked at him and heard the breathing it sounds like it’s coming from his nose. I can’t remember the doctor‘s name when I visited today. She was very compassionate and very thorough. I screwed up. I waited longer than I should have because I did not have the money to care for my dog at a time. My life was very limited. I had recently injured my back and was out of work and did not have a lot of money. My pitbull and American bulldog mix has swallowed something which caused a lot of complicating issues. I had to bring my kitten to this emergency vet yesterday, and I’m incredibly grateful for how well I was treated. I called while I was driving there and was understandably frantic and worried, but the staff was incredibly calm, reassuring, and compassionate from the very beginning. When I arrived, they took my concerns seriously and treated the situation with urgency. Never been here before. They were so Friendly, and even though they were crazy busy, they managed to take time to wrap up my puppy's paw after she lost a nail. I was in and out in 15 min. Only saw a technician, not a Dr but I was extremely pleased with the wonderful service I got.

My dog got an air vent cover stuck badly on her paw. The staff was amazing and helped get it off quickly. Highly recommend and can’t thank them enough for helping my pup!
