When Buddy passed away on Sunday, July 12, the pet cremation service I had chosen was closed for the weekend, as many of them are. Companion Animal Hospital was kind enough to take Buddy in and care for him until arrangements could be made. I want to be very clear that the staff who helped me during that time were wonderful, compassionate, and incredibly kind. I've taken my Staffy mix here a few times. Unfortunately, had to make another visit. The staff at this clinic are phenomenal. The wait time was long. Which, is understandable. It's an emergency vet. I am so incredibly grateful for the help they provided my dog. Very personable. You can tell that they truly care for your animals. Appreciate all that you do.
The wait time for this ER is always ridiculous. Every time. I’ve been attempting to bring pets here for years and I’m always waiting 4-5 hours. I witnessed a dog in the waiting room who was puking large amounts of blood and they made that poor lady wait HOURS to be seen. Finding a competent pet ER is frustrating. I think I’m finally going to cross this place off my list.
Drove almost a half an hour to this place and they told me it was a 45-hour wait. Yes I asked if she meant 45 minutes, she rudely responded with "No it's 45-hours I'd make an appointment with your vet for Monday". This was on a Saturday which mean my dog would have had to wait 2 days to be evaluated. I ended up going to a pet urgent care instead the next day.
