If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are more focused on money than actually caring for animals. I was incorrectly told my dog hadn’t been seen in over a year so they could justify charging me for an exam just to get her routine yearly allergy shot. When I proved that wasn’t true, they came up with another excuse. Every single visit turns into an attempt to add more unnecessary charges to my bill, even when I’ve clearly said no. Great place, fair price.
I had to travel internationally and the CDC required paperwork for all animals. I discovered that Animal Companion was the best option for handling this. I received assistance from the technical team and the doctor, and the results were perfect. They demonstrated professionalism and kindness throughout the process. I am so happy and my dog too :)
I jut called about a problem with a kitten I found and instead of making a appointment with me the "receptionist" thought that something that sounded like an emergency to her, prompted her to refer me to another location that was "closer" which isn't after all instead of making a appointment with me.I didnt know I was calling a referral service.
The Vet and tech were wonderful! They didn't go on about the cat being overweight! Instead they recognized the fact that he was a very large boned cat. So it was a very pleasant experience this time. Thank you.
