I was visiting my daughterand my dog got into a scuffle and ended up with a couple of bites. Called a few places, both 45 minutes away. Found Companion who was only 15 minutes away, called them up, and said to come in in 30 minutes, Kayla (the receptionist) asked all kinds of questions, told me she would contact my local vet and get needed info. I was looking for a local, rabbit savvy vet to establish care, have a general wellness visit and maybe even get my guy vaccinated. I was delighted with the knowledge and handling by the staff. Rabbits are considered exotics and just because they have exotic experience, doesn't mean they know rabbits specifically. Katie Jo, their certified exotic specialist was amazing as was the actual vet. We were able to get him his first dose of the vaccine and schedule the next. 10/10 so glad to find them!
Not pleased with this place at all.!!!!! Had to wait at least 30 min for the doctor to come in and they charged an outrageous amount of money. They handed me a paper when I got there with pricing that read as if it would be 48.75 for rabies, distemper and leukemia........oh no, rabies alone was 48.75. Then add another $160 on top of that. Ridiculous!!!!!!
Dr. Earl is the only surgeon I will ever trust with my pets.
