We have been using Companion for many years and never had a bad experience. The staff is nice, there is no waiting time or maybe a short wait before you see the assistants and the vet, never a long wait. They have taken us in on the shortest notice and got us in right away if we thought it might be an emergency situation, teeth cleanings, check ups, emergencies...never a bad experience. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET'S TO NORWOOD ANIMAL CLINIC!!! they are rude, incompetent, unprofessional!! My baby had surgery there and he died due to dehydration and bacteria infection from the surgery. They didn't give him enough antibiotics & fluids during and after surgery!!! We even brought him back few hours later after we picked him up and they didn't even run any tests or eveluate him just gave him a shot for nausea since he kept vomiting. I had to click a star because it was a required field...... this is the worst vet care I have ever put my animals thru. They paralyzed my beloved dog. Wouldn't allow me to have the x-rays to give to another vet to help him. They thought I was silly, that my dog wasn't in pain. Disregarded my observation of my own pet. NEVER<NEVER, take your pet to this vet!!!!
This animal hospital is great! Their decorations are great.. they even have pets- lizard, birds and cat.. they have cards that patients send them on display. The staff is really nice. Doctors are caring, nice to animals and children. they are gentle, and talk to animals and clients nicely. Well I would recommend this animal hospital to all of you people with pets!=]]
