Still can’t believe it!!! Our dog suffered a severe emergency on Weds night before Easter. We called and discussed symptoms with a nurse who confirmed our suspicions regarding bloat in our German shepherd. The advice was “to get him here asap”. We were nearly two hours away but the drive didn’t take that long 🫣. Staff and Dr Greg advised us of how dire the situation was and that they had to act quickly, albeit the cost was going to be significant. Just want to thank everyone, we took our cat there after having vet care at other vets with no diagnosis. Unfortunately she was found with a tumour under her tongue and had to be euthanised, your care and support during the difficult time was amazing, big thanks to Ursula for making the transition as easy as possible.
REALLY RECCOMEND THIS VET! So grateful for this vetinary! It meant the world feeling like out baby boy was in hands we could trust!! All of the staff were very well managed. They took the time to explain to us in a way we could understand what they believed was going on with our boy. The vet we were at prior to transfering to Roseworthy told us our only options were a 5k surgery or euthanisation- with little explination. I took my dog in to see Dr Izzy over the weekend due to an illness, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr Izzy was incredibly kind, caring, and really took the time to listen without being dismissive at all. The care and attention my dog received was prompt and thorough. It was so refreshing to come across a vet who genuinely cares and treats both the animal and the owner with compassion. We’re very lucky to have vets like this, and I really hope to see more of it in the industry. Thank you, Dr Izzy.
