Most grateful for the care and attention my dog received from Dr Henry and his team. We were referred from another emergency clinic as they did not have the equipment to extract a foreign object my dog ate after inducing vomiting didn’t work. It turned into a complex extraction and they retrieved it just in time before it passed into the intestine which would have needed surgery to remove. ⭐ 1 Star – Serious concerns regarding clinical care, documentation and a lack of accountability Our experience with Roseworthy Veterinary Hospital has been deeply disappointing and frankly, concerning from a Clinical Governance perspective. Following our dog Mia’s procedure on 31 October 2025, she was discharged with a new onset limp, which was verbally acknowledged by the discharging nurse at the time. Extremely disappointed with the care and communication at this clinic. I took my 20-week-old husky in for a broken leg and trusted he would be properly looked after. Due to what I believe was negligence with his cast, his condition worsened, which led to a toe needing to be amputated. He was admitted for surgery to remove the toe, but when I picked him up, I was shocked to learn they had amputated his entire leg without my consent.
