Dr. Regina is so caring and helpful. My dog was neutered and then needed surgery for an infection on his leg. She treated him like her own. My dog is also excited to go to see her when we walk in the door! So I know they treat him well there. The front desk receptionist in Chadron can get busy and flustered easily. Which may cause her to come off as rude or uncaring occasionally. But I would recommend this place to any animal owner! The locations in Crawford and Chadron are both great.
Excellent care! This was the first time for my dogs to be boarded and they did well and came home happy. The area was spacious and clean. They take them out regularly and also for walks. They seem to really love animals.
She has done a wonderful job with my 2 little dogs
Expect a wait even if you show up on time or early for your appointment. I recently changed my review from 1 star since they've been doing better. I had previously had a bad experience with them, but decided to give them another chance.
