I think it’s sad to see two of my family members stop coming to this clinic. Not due to the care of their animals, but due to the rudeness of the same person they spoke to over the phone there.
RecommendedThey have been amazing. They gave me my cat back. She was suffering from thyroid issues and they diagnosed her and helped fund a medication that worked and was easy to give. Who ever invented ear dermal medication for cats is a Saint. They have been our vet office since I was a kid. They go above and beyond for people and animals. My cat was acting weird when I was a teenager and I called them for advice when my parents were at work. I love this veterinary clinic!! The care here I receive for all of my pets is exceptional. I absolutely love the environment here and all of the staff are so caring and friendly. The staff truly make you feel like family. Dr. Chaffin continues to impress me and looks out for the best for my family. He is incredibly smart and is so great at what he does.
