Great service
So, after 7 years of great service, I no longer want to do business with this agency. They bumped my auto liability to HALF A MILLION DOLLARS back in November. They have dodged, made excuses, etc etc. and still wouldn't take it off. I imagine they will make further excuses after reading this. Tried to cancel policy, but when I call, they put me on hold, then i get hung up on after about 5 min. I put a stop payment on this last bill for the exact amount, which is required to stop the payment. What did they do? After bank stop... read more
