This took me awhile to actually post. I appreciate Companah so much. As someone who tends to rescue very old and terminally ill animals, I’ve unfortunately had to use similar services many times. Due to frequent moves, finding new services is usually stressful…this goes for care for my pets in life and with afterlife care. We have worked with Companah 3 times in the last couple of years. They provide an excellent service. It only took 4 days to get our baby girl back to us.
They asked us if we would like to have the blanket washed that we had wrapped our dog in when dropping her off. We replied no, don’t wash it. I’m not sure where no don’t wash it turned into throw it out. When I asked to get it back she said she misunderstood me. Then she replied “it was from Walmart, the blue and tan one” I said I don’t know where it was from and what does it matter. I wanted it back. They texted me constantly but it looks like communication somehow went south on the blanket.
