If I could give zero I would. I purchased a home in January. My home was supposed to be ready by latest May 16th. It is next to impossible to get ahold of them once they get your money. Patti seems nice on the phone and the prices seem reasonable but I’m telling you. It’s not worth it. Once they get your money you won’t hear from them.
