Max vault storage great storage unit I have 2 with them now. Wanna say thank you to Jordan for his exceptional customer service I called upset and it took him less than 120 seconds to fix my issue. Service is as good as Chick-fil-A. I would suggest y’all leave public storage along and go to Max volt storage. It’s gated you can always reach someone and they have security alarm system. Also, I’m an out of state Customer so I was put at ease after speaking with Jordan today!!!! I highly recommend this storage company
Our storage unit was broken into, and we were not notified by the company. We later learned from management that approximately 30 units were broken into. However, when we walked the property ourselves, we observed well over 90 units with brand-new locks, which raises serious concerns about the accuracy of what was shared and whether all customers were properly informed. Unsafe Property! .... and Alex only has authority to post corporate approved responses... watch out for standard excuse protocol. Buy the insurance, you will need it! Alex does everything he can! but despite all the efforts, multiple break ins are just a part of doing business
