OMG Kimberly! What a disrespectful miserable person!!! Comp-Teks called yesterday and asked me to be available at noon today to have my washer fixed. I leave work and run across town fighting traffic to be here by noon to accommodate them, she calls and leaves a message on my phone at 11:36 saying they were cancelling me! I called back to say I was home and waiting at 11:50, and she said "screw you, the technician went to another call, so too bad we'll reschedule." Comp Teks, and their service/repairman ERICK, is the best we have ever had. We've moved 14 times in our 43 years of marriage, and have had more than our share of incompetent and rude "technicians." Erick was on time, extremely professional and polite, knew exactly what the problem was with our Samsung refrigerator/freezer and serviced it without incident. What a refreshing change from today's norm. VERY HAPPY!
Worst company ever would give 0 stars if I could. Have come out 4 times under hhgregg warranty and have not fixed anything nor replaced a single part. They broke the shelving system and tried to fix it by gluing it back. They always reschedule and push appointments out. Was suppose to have a manager out this last visit with technician and that didn't happen. This company is dishonest and isn't even better business Bureau a credited. I have been trying to get my range repaired since mid October. It is now January and I still cannot cook in my oven. The repair men have been to my house 3 times, last being Dec 7. I was told my part would be in in 3-7 working days and it has been almost ine month. Every time I call to check on part you customer service guy, I believe is Melvin, says it will be in next week or the week after or the parts department is closed.
