While on the phone they sounded very professional but while networking my business office they had this guy name Ron that knows more about lap dances then how to turn on a computer, then a geek (David) was sent to rescue the wanabe tech. After hours and several SMOKE breaks they hand me an excessive bill and still things NOT working! I will definitely stay away, try your computer repair guy.
