These guys told my senior mother to slam on her brakes often to remove rust and to use them heavily going downhill. This has to be the WORST advice ever given. You're supposed to downshift going downhill, this was nothing but a scam to wear out her brakes.
Can’t recommend them enough! Volkswagen service on both of my vehicles was prompt and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. Both vehicles even came back sparkling clean with a complimentary wash. Excellent experience all around.
Great service for more than 20 years. Michael, who has been there almost all that time, is excellent at explaining problems and procedures.
