I just want to say. I'm very disappointed in how we were treated with the service we received from Comox Valley. When we bought our trailer, right away we have had nothing but issues. I ask, when we went through the trailer, what if the slide was not to work. Where is the manual device. He said there is not one. The slide won't brake. Well, let me put it this way, it broke even before we got it out for the season. We dropped it off, took 2mon to get it back and still not fixed. Again it went back. Again still not fixed. I bought an Epro from them, they were very friendly when it was the time to sale me the extended warranty and all the other “extra” (mouse spray,etc…) but when I needed help with little things, they were gonna charge me the hourly rate just to look at something… very Greedy specially that i had just spent 45k$ . When i asked about an extra solar panel (because the one included with the trailer was insufficient to keep the battery charges!!!!), they priced me at around 800$ which is about 4 times more than amazon… then i real... read more
