The staff at Comox refrigeration go beyond the mark to help their customers. Honestly one of the best customer service experience I've had here in the Comox Valley. They are extremely helpful, they will answer questions you have right over the phone. Sunday evening, we had issues with our air conditioning unit. Upon calling Comox Valley refrigeration an after hours technician answered and saved us money, by explaining what some of the issues could be over the phone for free.
