Awnser the darn phone.. I can get registered with your silly online booking walking clinic., that doesn't even make sence in its self online booking walk in. Then it's not a walk in... but pick up your phone I need you to get me registered so I can see a doctor..
They answer all phone calls in the office on speaker phone. Which is not only incredibly lazy and disrespectful, but also a blatent disregard for patient privacy laws. Every person in this office should lose their license. If you use these people, consider speaking to a lawyer.
One of the doctors there is phenomenal. The clinic itself is pitiful, part their own fault and part the governments. They don't always have a walk in doctor at the walk in center. People line up to take a ticket for walk-in's starts at 07:00 and they take only a limited number of people per day starting at 08:00 They'll call you back for your walk-in 'appointment' which is before noon. Then they don't do anything for the rest of the afternoon. Since they don't take any new walk-ins once they've reached a certain number...
This place is a joke. Very disappointed with the service and lack of doctors here. I'm not sure why they even call it a walk in service anymore as your not allowed to just walk in and wait for a doctor anymore without booking appt. first thing in the morning and there is still no guarantee you will be able to see a doctor that day.
It is so trash. They said it is open until 14:00 pm and then i went there hour early and they said we are closed. They should have better service
