Helpful and kind staff. I was easily able to book my child's vaccines a week out. Staff were welcoming and caring towards my child. Appointment was prompt. Would not hesitate to use this facility again
Waiting for appointment. Message for me was left last Tuesday. I responded and also left a message the following Thursday. It is almost Wed, Sept 11 and I wait.
The staff here were AMAZING with my baby, and the facility has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. From the other Google reviews you would think not so, but they are great here!!! Very caring and really helpful with all of our questions regarding toddler development. We were able to book his vaccine appointments promptly, and they always returned my calls quickly. I went into the office to report a serious public health situation involving hundreds of people in the Valley who have been exposed to a toxic substance without their knowledge. I was promised a call so that I could make an official report and no one got back to me. I can't rate this office more than one star if they don't take public exposure to illegal, unregistered, toxic substances seriously. I decided to reach out to the federal government instead, who took me very seriously.
