We walked into the showroom and were attended to by Chris straight away. After a brief explanation of our requirements, Chris came by the following day to take measurements and we did the deal. Three weeks later, Jim and Jake arrived on schedule and installed the mirror and trim in about an hour. It looks fabulous! We recently had the last two windows installed in our home and between the two fellows who did the install there was almost 50 years of experience and it showed. They said it would probably take between 5 & 6 hours. They were cleaned up and gone in just over 4 hours. The job was almost done to perfection, only a few scuffs on the inside wall and dirty hand marks on the outside vinyl which literally came off with water.
