I love my Dr here, but I must say that the receptionist desk needs some work. Almost every time I speak with a receptionist here I am faced with unwarranted rudeness and impatience over a simple inquiry or booking etc. It is almost comical. I'm sad to see that this clinic has some low ratings, and I feel sad also for some of the experiences I read about in the reviews! It doesn’t look good, but there's usually more to the story from the clinic side and the patient side. All I can say for myself is that I've been going to this clinic almost my whole life and I deeply appreciate the experiences with the doctors there.
