Mr. Comorski conned my mother out of over $ 8,000 . It was horrible. She was in her 70’s , retired and does not have that kind of money . She hired him to have a felony taken off of my brothers record . It doesn’t cost near that much in the first place . He saw an elderly lady - ( easy prey - easy money ) He promised he could this and said it was very easily done .He did nothing but show up late to court and lost the case in 15 minutes . Do not hire this man. He charged $15,000 for an appeal and had barely any contact from day 1. When people reached out to him for updates (as his client is incarcerated) he told them not to contact him until after the holidays. Turns out it is because his law license was suspended from October 2022 to January 2023 due to misconduct. He had Gabi Silver file an appearance without notifying his client of any of these issues going on. Phillip submitted a motion on behalf of a family member that we have incarcerated. He asked questions other lawyers did not. He brought up arguments other lawyers did not. He was also very up front and honest on the process, and what to expect from him and this motion. He mad multiple calls, researched, and even made sure he spoke to the family member we had incarcerated because he knew he was fighting on his behalf. Don’t get me wrong he probably he’s a good person but the person I would hire. My Boyfriend has him as a lawyer but he doesn’t answer the phone or even at the office majority of the time. Once when me and my boyfriend call together over the phone he stated if he would’ve known it was him he would’ve answered the phone. I’m not sure if he was joking or if he was serious. I’m sure the price is reasonable before what it’s worth having to wait and try to get in touch with him is one of the hardest things that you have to do.
He is a horrible lawyer he will get your money and he will not answer his phone or emails regardless of how many times you call or how many different numbers you call him on he will not answer the phone be careful everyone he is not the lawyer you want nor need he will throw your life away after he gets your money. He do not even deserve the one star I gave him but I have to leave something to make a review on him
