friendly staff especially the guy with the giant adam apple.
We had a tire puncture. Team was so kind to get it sorted out right away even though we had not bought the bike there. Will really helped us out and we'll definitely come back if we need new gear!
I bought a really cool bike here. All the guys are super helpful,thanks to Athos for helping me choosing well,Mattheus for mounting the lock on the bike and Leviticus (I think) for managing all the bits on it! Great job,keep it up!
mattheus was very helpful with my boot fitting, had excellent customer service, and paid a lot of attention to the details. he had a lot knowledge about everything i asked about, and took great care to ensure it was the right fit! thanks for all the help 🙂
