I had such a great experience getting my first professional boot fitting in Vancouver, and a big part of that was thanks to Kekoa. From the start, he was genuine, easy to talk to, and clearly someone who really enjoys what he does. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism. I dropped my snowboard off on Sunday to have a tiny corner of the top sheet glued back. I was explicitly promised it would be ready by Wednesday. Instead, it took 6 full days, and I couldn't pick it up until Friday. When I questioned the delay, the staff was incredibly rude. I have usually large hands and had been struggling to find the right ski gloves. Sophie was incredibly accommodating, very knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun and exciting. We even did jazz hands when we found the right pair! Thank you so much, I’ll be back!
