Amazing service. Came in to try out some bikes, Griffen was super knowledgeable and helped me decide between a few different models.
Bought a Status 2 through a price match. Andrew and his colleagues did a fantastic job in fine-tuning and right sizing my bike, great learning experience on the mechanical side as well! Great customer experience!
“Come in a year for a free tune up for your bike.” I missed it by 2 weeks as it didn’t sound strict at all when I was purchasing it. Looks like it’s now $125. Nope.

I recently made an online purchase that qualified for free shipping. It turns out it is not actually free. If you return the item you are charged a restocking fee (approx $15). The fee is not mentioned anywhere during the purchasing process. I will admit the policy lives in a tiny policy link at the bottom of their website. It is a shady business practice to rely on fine print and not be upfront about any charges with the customer.
