I recently made an online purchase that qualified for free shipping. It turns out it is not actually free. If you return the item you are charged a restocking fee (approx $15). The fee is not mentioned anywhere during the purchasing process. I will admit the policy lives in a tiny policy link at the bottom of their website. I had a pretty disappointing experience at this store on Saturday. I spent over 5-10 minutes in the snowboard boot section without any help, which was frustrating. Eventually, I found Alex, and while he did assist me, it wasn’t much help. I told him I was new to snowboarding, had just bought a board, and needed advice on boots—whether I should get step-ons, what size to choose, and so on. I went by to get help buying my first set of skis/boots. Owen helped me with sizing and figuring out what boot would work best for my style of skiing. He was super knowledgeable and friendly, he was able to answer all my questions and give good recommendations which I needed because I don't know much about skiing. Came in to upgrade my (very) old gear. Definitely recommend Comor for the selection and service! Ending up spending about an hour in the store looking at various ski, binding, and boot options. I ended up with a good choice and at a decent price. Matteus did an awesome job! He listened to my skiing preferences, asked the right questions, answered all my questions, showed me various options and explained the pros and cons of each.
