Went into the store looking to buy my first mountain bike. I told the salesperson I was looking for a full-suspension bike with a budget of $3k. My online order of snowboard boots arrived in disappointing condition: the box had mildew-like marks, the boots were scuffed/soiled, and all manufacturer tags were missing. The internal stuffing was even replaced with a crumpled piece of trash paper. After a 1-hour drive to the store for an exchange, the replacement pair they provided was also missing all tags and original inserts.
