It HAS taken me just about a year to write a review here - that’s because I always remember the great in-store experience I had at Comor with Steven, the assistant manager, pre and post season when I scope out all the new skis & boards out there. Initially I’m at the store looking at the skis selection (boarder looking to switch back to skis here!) then scope out the boards selection at the further back of the store. I had a great experience at Comor. Mattheus helped me adjust my boots until they fit properly and spent ages checking they were perfect. Never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Customer service is not good, sales people don't seem to be motivated to help customers and would get impatient when answering questions.
I didn't catch their name, but my boot fitter was amazing! He knew exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the rest of the service wasn't great. I had to wait a very long time to be seen - it wasn't so busy but maybe just understaffed? I also asked to put my boots on hold (so I didn't need to carry them around) but when I returned only 2hr later they did not have my boots ready and I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to look for them.
