I just had the worst experience with a telephone order. Was told to pick up in 45 minutes. Prepaid for my order. At the drive thru 50 minutes later. I was told there would be a wait and there were technical difficulties. I was told this 3-4 times and offered a drink. I finally get my order and on way home realized it was the wrong order. I call them and head back over. Checked the ticket and I paid for the wrong order as well. They give me my order with the wrong number of wings and its all cold. I am not happy!
