This is not a friendly place at all. No body even says hello when you walk in the front door. Very cold hospitality.
Just called to book for this weekend and the spa attendant immediately said they were booked, didn't even ask if it was for Saturday or Sunday or try to accommodate me in any way. Will take my business elsewhere.
Went for a relaxing day and ended up in the middle of some production photo shoot with random men working and equipment everywhere. No one gave me a heads up beforehand and I couldn’t access any of the amenities. Super unreliable when I called for an appointment to begin with so I should have known better honestly.
