Been going for several months and the staff are already getting to know me, answer my questions, and help me understand things when I am confused about my insurance. They offer delivery (I think just on a few days of the week) in the immediate area as well.
Called to have them transfer my moms meds from Walgreens pharmacy, they tell me I have to call Walgreens pharmacy to transfer meds. Called Walgreens pharmacy and they say that the new pharmacy needs to call them to have it transferred. Mind you Walgreens only had an automated system, so no one to talk to. Como pharmacy claimed Walgreens was being lazy. Funny I was a pharmacy tech and I know what the procedure is.
