Dr spraggins has been very good to me every time I have seen her. If it was for her I'd never get a referral to the right specialist. Ishe does the very best that she can do, if she runs and orders tests and scans and something comes back she gets you to the right place, very nice dr and good at what she does, she's a 5 star dr!

At my doctor's appointment this morning. I said ," Good morning to the receptionist" Waylee.She just sat there and smile didn't say it back. I said Good morning twice. Nothing. As for as I'm concerned she has poor customer service. She definitely don't need to be the one greeting patients. If she's the first person that has to encounter patients she will definitely bring your service down.
