Wow I see I'm not the only 1. I went and was sitting in the room waiting 20 minutes. I called to set up an annual appointment for this establishment over a month ago. The call went smoothly. I arrive for my appointment and the first indicator that this visit was going to go poorly is the fact that I wasn’t greeted when I entered. I fill out the forms and take note of two things that didn’t happen that I was supposed to initial off on.
