I called to set up an annual appointment for this establishment over a month ago. The call went smoothly. I arrive for my appointment and the first indicator that this visit was going to go poorly is the fact that I wasn’t greeted when I entered. I fill out the forms and take note of two things that didn’t happen that I was supposed to initial off on. Yo fui y hay muy mal servicio y racismo la doctora que me atendió me hiso sentir mal por qué le dije que no ablaba inglés y me dejó 45 minutos más y no regresaré de nuevo.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, the first time I made an appointment I was waiting for 2hours before I even got called back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they might have just had a busy day and scheduled another appointment. My second appointment I show up 20 minutes before( because that’s what they tell you to do) and was waiting for over an hour before I got up and left without being seen. Not sure what kind of system they have going on here but absolutely ridiculous!
