Upon checking on a prescription by calling the Harrellls clinic and then the pharmacy after being told the pharmacy had been sent the request. The pharmacy didn't have the refill request and the pharmacist transferred me back to the clinic. The pleasant receptionist ask me to hold while she checked on the problem. Then a nurse with a very condescending attitude came on and said "I hear you keep calling and calling about a prescription. You do not have to call five or six times, this takes time." Had an appointment today and when I got there they were closed. This is absolutely crazy and unacceptable! Why wouldn't you call and cancel an appointment? Need a new doc!!
Absolutely love the staff and Dr. Kevin is my absolute favorite!!! Thank you so much for being so awesome!!!!
