I'm so disappointed with the service, I called to schedule 6 appointments for kid's due too offering free dental services , some of the children had Medicaid some didn't I was transferred several times and on hold for a long time and spoke to different people one of them Preston and they had such a hard time and wasn't able to schedule nothing not even for 1 ,I will not be recommending due to the lack of knowledge and bad service.

Do not waste your time and MONEY! My dad‘s has paid in full amount for his Dentures, and every time he goes to his appointment they make an excuse of why it’s being pushed off. First he had to have x-rays on his top teeth, then he had to have x-rays on his bottom teeth. Ok. Understandable. They scheduled his x-ray 3 months apart, but when he went back for the last x-ray; they told him that they didn’t have his previous x-rays on file and he would have to do all the x-rays over again. Called to make an appointment and was hung up on 4 times for no reason and finally the 5th time I was able to make and appointment and when I go to my appointment they tell me i don't have one. The girl was very rude about it, and then i called the number where I made the appointment the lady was very rude, she said there was no appointment scheduled for Mr and I told her I was a new patient and if I didn't have an appointment then why am I in the system and she hung up on me.
