I’ve had a very different experience at this office. The staff has always been warm and professional, and while the building itself is older, the office was clean and well‑kept during my visit. I actually had a wonderful experience overall. I noticed someone mentioned the place being dirty did you bring that to the staff’s attention at the time, or is this more of a public complaint? I’m sorry but it needs to be said. The facility is dirty n dusty. I went with my dad n it smelt of dust. I started wiping areas down n found dead bugs n dust everywhere. My dad is older n u think they’d be cleaner dealing with medical.
