I chose this urgent care specifically because of its high ratings, but my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was standoffish and spoke to me in a condescending, hostile tone. Instead of feeling cared for, I felt immediately defensive. Unfortunately, the clinical staff wasn't much better, creating an uncomfortable environment that lacked basic empathy. I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a supportive healthcare environment.
Good quick fast and easy
The Nurse who attended to us didn't show any care for my son who suffered an eye injury and was needing stitches. They eventually sent us to the ER, saying they didn't have right surgical equipment to do the stitches. We just wasted our $180 for very bad service. They were going to send us out without covering the injury. Avoid this place.
Best staff and super quick!!
Terrible bed side manners and no help for type A flu. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Maybe you will get the flu and someone will advise you to take Tylenol- joke!
