I was there 3/18/2026 around 18:00 and doctor at that time didn’t even bother to use the stethoscope to listen my lungs and chest, all it was just a quick visual check and done. First and last time coming to this place
Excellent care today from Maddie and Dr. Cheung! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!
I chose this urgent care specifically because of its high ratings, but my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was standoffish and spoke to me in a condescending, hostile tone. Instead of feeling cared for, I felt immediately defensive. Unfortunately, the clinical staff wasn't much better, creating an uncomfortable environment that lacked basic empathy. I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a supportive healthcare environment.
