We have gone to this urgent care for the last time. My son was treated for an upper respiratory infection with a z pac a week ago and sounds awful still. They said today he needs another appointment. So another $200 to not treat him correctly FOR THE SAME THING THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HELP HIM WITH. What a joke! We will be going elsewhere. If you don’t care about your patients just come out and say that.

I took my 2-year-old to this urgent care for abdominal pain, and the experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, which made an already stressful situation worse. The provider seemed inexperienced and mentioned several serious possibilities without proper evaluation, which caused unnecessary fear. We later went to a pediatric hospital, where all the tests came back negative and my child was fine.
