Convenient location, easy online process, not a long wait, would go there again for visits that don’t require emergency care or can’t wait for the doctor. Only issue I have is that I went in for allergies and wanted a steroid shot (I’ve had them before) but was told they can’t do steroid shots for allergies and walked out with 3 prescriptions. I would have rather had one shot and followed up with my PCP. It should be at my discretion instead of being given 3 prescriptions. Just my opinion
Brenda was amazing and helpful, the rest of the process was very ridiculous. I pay upon arrival being self pay which is fine but after the visit they tell you that they will send script. Obviously you need to start it as soon as possible, but no I here we are a day later and still haven’t sent the script so I had to call 4 times to remind them the haven’t sent it as I’m in line at the pharmacy, on hold for 15min and said they would have to call me back. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and feel I got the best treatment for my situation.
