Everyone there is so nice and welcoming!! The nurse practitioner is the best!
Urgent care team was great! Talked us through every step of procedure and clear on all next steps. Dr Russell and team knew exactly what we needed. Thank you Heath Urgent care team.
This morning was fun. No staff showed up. Waited in my car for 1.5 hours. Spent 30 minutes trying to get through their ai customer service to speak to a human. Just to find out they were transferring people from a McKinney clinic to backfill. Waste of time. Won’t be back
Came in for a physical for my son. Staff was cordial and prompt. Receptionist extremely nice and helpful. In and out.
The entire staff was efficient, friendly and very helpful!
