Everything was going well until the Physician assistant Ruth came in the room. My daughter was involved in a chain reaction accident and had neck pain. I booked an appointment and everything was going well until the PA came in. She asked my 17 year old daughter how fast she was going. She didn’t know what to answer because she’s new to driving. I have never experienced a bad visit at this location. The staff are always friendly, professional and give the proper information that I need as the patient. Highly recommend this location and this Urgent Care.
We had one of the worst experiences ever. I made an appointment for my one-year-old at 4:00 PM, but somehow it was automatically changed to 5:30 PM without notice. When we arrived, they claimed our 4:00 PM slot was deleted and already taken even though we had the confirmation! My husband spoke to Ana Velazquez, the front desk lady, and instead of helping, she was dismissive and rude. Isabella and Chris were awesome perfect diagnosis
Front desk personal on Sunday does not understand the process. Difficulty analyzing services location, spend half an hour getting someone information and realize after so much time wasted that the party should not be in here. Cannot keep track on information, people seat in there care for hours waiting for call, people have to walking in a matter to get service
