I've never had a long wait and everyone is very kind
I have always had great service here and in their express area also. As for "they don't take walk ins anymore." That is not true. When that sign is up, it is for that day. Because of the volume of patients they already have Very professional and friendly staff at both locations
worse place they should shut it down. this its how communitycare do business in Hazleton pennsylvania. they making so much money that they don’t accept walking anymore you either go to Emergency room or travel to wilkes barre. good luck if you don’t have a car.
This clinic is horrible. I had an appt for 9:45am and it is 10:17am and i am still waiting to be seen. If i had known it was this bad i would have went to another place. Mind you this place is almost empty just one patient. And still have to wait all this long for an ultrasound.
