So far, this place is great. I was reffered here after some crazy health situations started and they have helped put me a little more at ease, especially with the help from other specialists im getting now. They made sure I have the right meds and started me in their diabetes clinic as soon as they found out I had failed a 3hr glucose test. The only complaint I have is getting in, it took a little longer than i liked but they seem like they see a lot of patients so its understandable. I was referred to the emergency department at UAMS due to bleeding during pregnancy, which I was told needed to be evaluated within 24 hours. I called ahead, and they told me they would find me an appointment. I was later scheduled for Monday, and I rearranged my work schedule to attend. However, on the same day, they canceled my visit because the nurse was not available. When I asked to be seen by another provider, I was simply told there was no availability. I saw Dr. Alexis White recently as a new patient. She was wonderful!! Very thorough and took the time to listen to me. No one enjoys going in for gynecology appointments, but she made it easy peasy. Her nurse (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall) was wonderful as well. Highly recommend!
