From Dr. Racher, nurses, MAs, and receptionists. I've never had any issues besides no one telling me it was time for my annual for my depo. Luckily, Dr. Racher knew it wasn't accurate and that I didn't have to wait to get my depo. While trying to schedule, I ended up getting a cyst on my ovary. I take my health very seriously, and I've been dealing with endometriosis, cyst, etc, since the age of 12. We know our bodies, so all I ask for the schedulers is to be sympathetic and look for a positive outcome for your patients.
Very rude over the phone, appointments for services that should be addressed within the week are booked out over a couple months. Think of your typical rude medical office staff, then times that x2, then you have an idea of how they'll be.
Cancelled my appointment I had been waiting months for without telling me and then when I called they were extremely rude and basically tried to tell me it was my fault for not checking my chart (I’m a new patient, never been in the office how would I know). Then they rescheduled my appointment with a different Dr without checking with me first. 2 stars only because Tessa is the best. You never see the same person. They cancel your appointment and do not try to reschedule you anything soon. Cancelled my appointment, so now I have to wait 2 months to go back. Ridiculous
