Absolutely horrible ATM machine and even worse customer service. Tried to deposit 220 dollars, only accepted 180, and the machine timed out without giving me any warning or indication to remove my card. I was then told coldly by an employee that my card and cash were both being confiscated with no real explanation. When I asked what I could do, this person told me “contact your bank and get a new card”. I then asked if I could get at least my cash back, to which they just said “nope, sorry”. And walked away. Watch out with these banks. They'll claim you owe them a debt. Have half of, maybe your information. Won't let you dispute it. Then lie to me again and take all my money... even after emailing a court document saying nothing owed until things change... after that they never return any of my calls.. scammers
I had an automotive loan through community West credit Union. It was by far the worst experience I have had with any lender. First they were supposed to have sister branches nearby so I can make payments but all those branches closed or anytime I would tried to go to one they would tell me they couldn't allow me to make a payment there. The nearest branch is 45 minutes away from me. So I will try to use the online services and half the time they didn't work and I'll get a warning letter that my payment has not been made even... read more
My wife and I recently purchased a house with Community West Credit Union being our lender. The process was fantastic and EASY from start to finish. The customer service was second to none and we felt like we were working with a longtime friend as opposed to a loan officer. The individual attention that was provided was definitely appreciated.
