My sister and I took a covid test at one of their pop ups back in January of this year. I literally still have not gotten any results back.

An absolute scam. I was actually waiting in a line for Total Testing Solutions, but there was hardly anyone here (gee, wonder why now), so I decided to try this instead. Totally regret it. Said it would take maximum 3-5 business days to get results, and given contact info to check in if you hadn't heard anything by then. You're given a test number that means absolutely nothing, because no one in their "office", if it even exists, will respond to phone calls or texts. Got tested at a pop up site in kissimmee, fl back in December along with multiple family members and none of us ever received the results even after reaching out several times. Beware might be a scam!

My family & I went to get tested on the January 13th - was given a small paper to contact if we did not get our results within 3 days. I have text the phone number & at first they would respond that the results are not available to now they do NOT text back at all. I have tried to contact customer service but NO luck. I need this information to provide to my employer!! If not I will not get paid for days out of work.
