Horrible! Horrible! Horrible customer service!!! I am so upset they messed up on my automatic payments and shut my water off!! When I called customer service all they can say is “it’s not our fault it’s a third party that does the automatic payments and you’ll have to pay reconnection fee” when I asked to speak with a manager they refused saying all they can give me is a voicemail!! Horrible company! Shame on them and I hate that they’re the only company that services my area!
Welcome to AZ.....I have rented a place here, the rental company never gave me the info for the water company.....Never got a letter, never got a note left on my door, nothing, however I get home to a note hanging from my doorknob that my water has been shut off due to no customer info at this address......Awesome business practice Community Water Co of Green Valley. If there was a Zero Stars rating you would have got it from me, maybe next time you could ask a person to contact you instead of just shutting off the water KUD... read more
Screwed up on my bill. Shut my water off. Charged me to turn it on. Piss poor business.
