Very lazy and some of the drivers are dishonest! They don't take all the trash, they leave trash all over the street and throw the trash cans. Overtime this breaks the lid on them. Over 13 years they have thrown TWO of my heavy duty expensive trash cans in the trash truck and crushed them. The trash men refuse to speak to residents. They don't take bulk trash when they are scheduled to so it piles up. Then the next week when they are scheduled to take bulk trash again they take a picture of it and say it's too much to take. If they would do their job and take it once weekly as the contract says then it would not build up. I have contacted the company and it's just another excuse. They read the drivers notes which are not factual. They simply lie! I wish I had other options for trash companies!

This is the worst waste disposal company I have ever encountered! I've lived in Glenn Heights for 14 years, and they recently switched us to CWD. I had some tree limbs cut down 3 days ago, and it has been like pulling teeth to get them to assist with picking up the brush. I've spoken to over 4 individuals within the company, and they all say different things when you call. I asked to speak with management who was as rude as the staff! The specific manager's name is Tommy. I have spoken with him, and he seems to be very rude and sarcastic each time. I informed him that I spoke to his worker in person 1 day ago in relation to my brush, and his worker informed me that all was needed to pick it up was a boom truck. He worker even went on to say not to speak to the representatives about the brush pick up, but to speak to a specific manager. When I asked for this specific manager, I was immediately transferred to Tommy again! He was even more rude than 2 days ago. He even went on to say oh back in June you were out of compliance for not having your trash can out. I informed him that was an unfair statement, and how do you know we were not out of town during that time. He then stated well that could be right. The staff that I've encountered via phone does not know their right hand from the left including poor management. I can see why the reviews are so low.

I just moved to this nice neighborhood in Allen, TX and the garbage service is so much worse than my previous neighborhood. First of all they only collect recycling every two weeks which might be standard here but with Amazon boxes etc it just isn’t enough! We should be recycling as much as possible and they’re forcing us to put stuff in garbage bags since they don’t collect it often enough. So I broke down all the boxes and sat them out next to my recycling and garbage and they didn’t take them! Am I crazy? What’s the problem here? Then they didn’t take the garbage at all. I had non-recyclable styrofoam pieces and a pizza box (not marked recyclable) but they just left it and picked up everyone else’s! I don’t understand! What am I going to do with a bunch of trash for another week, and where am I going to put my new garbage and if not in the can will they even take it??? And now it rained and the cardboard got wet so I have to store wet cardboard for two weeks?!?! That’s going to MOLD! Wtf
