Community VNA was extremely helpful, kind, and caring when my Grandfather was hospitalized and later discharged. Trish, his main Nurse, who then became his Hospice Nurse due to the circumstances, was always there when we needed. She was very supportive during the entire process and we could not be more grateful. Thank you to everyone at Community VNA for all of your help.
