I had went to another clinic that is very close to my home first, because they had been recommended to us. I did not like the fact my dog had to wait in the lobby with other dogs, which makes my dog incredibly anxious, because this particular place offered no appointments. So when my dog became ill, I called the previous office,and they wouldn't make any accomodations for her. Community Vet Clinic is, also, locally located, so I called them.
