We've been going to CVC for 3 years. Initially, my experiences were very good. However, as time went on, they became quite busy, and it became increasingly difficult to get appointments. Interactions with techs and vets became increasingly harried and of late, every time I went, I felt we were imposing on them by simply being there. I do think Dr. Baker cares. However, the place is so busy they barely take the time to read the animal's records. It is difficult to get an appointment. You feel like the staff is overworked and your dog is on a conveyor belt. I switched to Heritage Vet in Cooperstown. It is a totally different experience. The staff take the time with you and your animals. You feel like you are part of their family. I would not recommend Community Vet.
