I am extremely disappointed with the way my family was treated during one of the most heartbreaking experiences we have ever had. We came here to unfortunately put our cat down. While we were in the room saying goodbye to him, a vet tech came in with an extremely chipper and loud attitude, saying things like “Hi handsome!” as if she were walking into a normal appointment. The people here are professional, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The staff greet you as soon as you enter and clearly love the pets that come through their door. My dog Fletcher and I were seen very quickly. It was a well visit and I had a few questions. My concerns were taken into consideration and he had two tests done to rule out those concerns. The doctor and staff took great care of Cooper before, during and after the procedure. The staff are very informative and helpful. Great place to take you further family.
